Welcome to Team Unshaken! By purchasing any programs, products, or services from Team Unshaken, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

  • All sales are final. Refunds or cancellations are not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Programs, services, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Team Unshaken reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its discretion.

2. Participation Requirements

  • By purchasing a program, you confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in strength and fitness training.
  • It is your responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any fitness program, particularly if you have any pre-existing conditions or concerns.

3. Liability Waiver

By purchasing and participating in any fitness program, service, or offering provided by Team Unshaken, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Assumption of Risk:
    • You understand that participation in physical fitness programs inherently involves risks, including but not limited to injuries, muscle strains, falls, equipment-related issues, and health complications.
    • You affirm that you are voluntarily participating in these activities with full knowledge and understanding of these risks.
  2. Medical Clearance:
    • You confirm that you are physically and medically able to participate in fitness programs.
    • If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, you affirm that you have consulted with a healthcare professional before beginning any program.
  3. Release of Liability:
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Team Unshaken, its owner (Hunter Hamlin), affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liabilities resulting from participation in the programs.
    • This release applies to injuries, accidents, health complications, or other damages that may arise before, during, or after your participation.
  4. Personal Responsibility:
    • You agree that you are solely responsible for monitoring your physical condition and ceasing participation in any exercise that causes discomfort, pain, or potential harm.
    • You acknowledge that following nutrition recommendations, workout programs, or other guidance is at your discretion and risk.
  5. Agreement to Terms:
    • By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver.
    • This waiver constitutes a binding agreement between you and Team Unshaken.

4. Photo and Video Release

  • By purchasing and participating in a program, you grant Team Unshaken permission to take photographs, videos, or other recordings of you during training sessions or events.
  • You agree that Team Unshaken may use these materials for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes without compensation to you.
  • If you do not consent to the use of your likeness, you must notify Team Unshaken in writing prior to participation.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and programs provided by Team Unshaken are proprietary and for personal use only.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any program materials, including but not limited to workouts, meal plans, and instructional videos, without prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full before accessing any program or service.
  • Subscriptions (if applicable) will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy stated at the time of purchase.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward Hunter Hamlin and other members of the Team Unshaken community. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without a refund.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Maine, and any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts thereof.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By purchasing a program or service from Team Unshaken, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
